WOW! That will definately be a great once in a lifetime trip! Get a good travel agent, or consider joining a group, if you want to see lots of sights. If you're more laid back, just get a good travel book and read read read!
Greece is at the top of our list too! I unfortunately have no tips for you, because I have never been there. =(
Take lots of pictures though!

@Mo: Doesn't Greece look so dreamy? We haven't finalized any plans yet. We are still looking around for the best deals and locations. Hopefully we will know soon :)
I don't have any tips for Greece, but like you we are also planning on having our honeymoon a few weeks after the wedding. We want to space everything out so it isn't rushed. I'm sure whatever you do in Greece you will have an amazing time!
I so wish I had advice, but I've never been! It's where I want to go for my honeymoon (someday) too! So jealous :)
Never been to Greece so I'm no help at all :( I am however insanely jealous as I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to go...care to stash me away in your suitcase? :)
