We spent the first few days of our trip exploring Eugene, Oregon. Eugene is about thirteen hours outside of Los Angeles, and two hours away from Portland.

Here I am in front of one of many rivers wearing my cute brown boots. You will see a lot of them throughout my vacation re-caps. I am a horrible packer, and only packed flip flops and running shoes. Not only am I the “Less Than Domestic Goddess”, I am the “Less than Fashion-Conscious Fashionista”.

I politely forced L to go on a covered bridge tour with me in nearby Cottage Grove, OR. The leaves were changing, and the scenery was just too gorgeous for words.

On our final day in Eugene, we wandered around a local outdoor mall called 5th Street Public Market.

Yummy lunch, and me in the background stuffing my face.

I have an obsession with mini-pumpkins, so we had to pick up some for Emma!
Time sped by too quickly. I almost didn’t want to leave. But I’m ultimately glad we did, because Portland rocked my world.

Your trip has me wanting to go to Oregon. I would love to go on a covered bridge tour and see the leaves change!
P.S. I LOVE your boots, I've been looking for a pair of boots for fall.
