Pets are totally family members.
Emma (our dog) has her own basket of toys, her own blankets, a set of her own food/water bowls, a holiday stocking, and...yes...she has been known to receive a Christmas present or two. This year, I was considering getting her the Snuggie for Dogs, but my brother forbids it. So it's back to the drawing board with gift ideas.

I may be crazy, but we love our little ball of fur. She makes our lives so much brighter. In my opinion, pets can be spoiled brats. It's the excessive spoiling of children that bothers me. But that's a post for another time.
Anyhoo, last year we donated to a local animal shelter. This year, I hope to do the same. I also stumbled across these adorable pet accessories from Found My Animal. Aren't their roped leashes and doggy harnesses adorable?! Better yet, 25% of sales profits are donated to the Louis Animal Foundation (located in NYC), a non-profit dedicated to spaying, neutering, and animal adoption. We can get Emma something cute AND help a worthy cause. I love that.

Anyone getting their animals something special this holiday season?

That is a great idea! Your pet gets something out of it and you are making a donation. I love it!
I always hit up Moochie & Company for some treats and toys (usually their favorite soccer ball or football).
I just saw these in a magazine although I can't remember which one now...
