One of my biggest guilty pleasures in life is taking a bath. I love using Aveeno lavender bubble bath, sifting through a magazine or doing some mindless reading, and lighting an Aromatherapy candle. Sooo relaxing! During the winter, I make my bath too hot (which is basically a HUGE no no because it strips skin of all its moisture), but I can’t help it. When I saw this picture, I started dreaming of big bathrooms with picturesque windows and huge tubs. Obviously, I probably couldn’t live in an apartment in the city and have the space for this bathroom (not to mention the possibility of peeping toms with windows that close to the tub). Looks like maybe my future might be in suburban living? If it meant I could have this bathroom, I’d consider it! Also, may I have those hardwood floors while I’m at it?

Anyone else love to take baths?

I LOVE the take baths and used to take one every day. Even if the day was swamped I would always take at least 30 mins out to soak in a long hot bath.

I can't take baths anymore because I'm pregnant (they say lukewarm baths is okay but I like my baths HOT) and I'm really, really missing it. That's one of the things I'm looking forward to once the baby is born. That, and sushi.

Oh Baths! And that room you chose looks so do-able! Why doesn't mine look like that? Maybe it should!

    Thanks for the inspiration!

I don't typically take baths. I'm always pressed for time so showers need to be quick. BUT I would definitely make time for a bath in that beaut!

@Geek in Heels: That's no fun! I didn't realize that pregnancy meant no hot baths?! Guess it makes sense, but I'm sure you miss your bath time 🙁
