Fall does not officially begin for a few days, but I can’t wait for it to get here! Not that L.A. weather changes much, but Fall is my favorite season. I think about the years I spent in New England and the beautiful foliage. I love feeling that chill in the air while still being able to have the sun on my face. I bring out all of my sweaters, boots, and ballet flats. Halloween is on the horizon. A million fun things to think about!

L and I had a busy weekend, but we managed to steal some time away for just ourselves on Sunday. We had an afternoon movie date and saw “The Town”. It’s definitely worth seeing.

Then, on the way home, L spontaneously stopped at a park we haven’t been to in several years. The last time we were there, I remember we got in a fight and were smoking cigarettes. Oh how the times have somewhat changed (we still fight, but no more smoking – thank goodness)! Anyway, we spent some time soaking in the sun and watching an adorable little boy run wild with his puppy.

Just happy to be alive and with each other.

What are you most looking forward to this Fall?

Aww I love these sweet pictures. Sigh there is no change of weather in fall but I'm glad to go to Canada where it will be brisk and lovely!

When the Pumpkin Spice latte hit Starbucks, I knew we were on the cusp of fall! What I can't wait for –
    Carving pumpkins
Shorter days (Wednesday is the official fall equinox)
Cooler, breezier weather (just a tad, even though so cal has had a mild summer)
Apple cider (hot and mulled – yum!)
All the sweaters and fall styles! These are my fav! Deep, rich colors.
